We stayed with a large delegation of guests for a week. The hotel staff was really friendly and made us feel like we were at home. The rooms have a really comfortable bed and the shower is also very good.
No card tipping: It’s disappointing that the hotel doesn't allow credit card tips for staff due to the "administrative burden." Bastion should fix its system to support their hard-working team.
Inconsistent housekeeping: While the hotel offers great value, daily cleaning isn't included by default. Rooms are supposed to be serviced every three days, but on day three, several of our group's rooms were completely skipped, leaving us short on towels.

It has air conditioning
The corridor smells really bad. The bathroom was tiny. The room wasn’t properly clean. The breakfast was expensive. And the rooms were expensive for the quality given. The hotel is outside the city but a bus takes you quickly to the city centre.

Clean, spacious, space was used well in terms of amenities. They have a nice lobby with a bar that opens late.
The check in was a bit annoying. I booked and pre paid online, but the staff asked me for the physical card with which I booked. I did not have it on me, but they made it work with another card.
