Geen handdoeken. In tweede instantie 2 kleine handdoeken. De beloofde gratis upgrate niet gekregen...geen zitje voor 2 personen, geen ruime kamer. Haren in douche, kuil in matras

Was a bit expensive but ok.

Room was ok, breakfast was good, and plenty parkingspaces.

Communication. I asked twice via email for an early check-in, no answer. Called 2 days before my stay, I was advised to call in the morning on the day of my stay. Did so, was told they would make sure to have a room available at noon. When I checked in at noon, I was told I was very lucky, my room was the last one they had available for early check-in, the other rooms were given to other people who randomly checked in. I told them I sent 2 emails and called twice, even this morning, this was never communicated to the staff.

Length of wait when rang reception bell. Asked for pillows, said yes, but never came. No milk on coffee tray.

This is a comfortable place to stay but is a long way from shops and the city centre

The room was comfortable and clean and there were good facilities at the hotel that I didn’t use

It has a high security fence and gates which make you wonder why they are needed. That is: is this an unsafe place? They did not make me feel welcome and made the property hard to access

I couldn't wait to write these. this hotel has the worst system i have ever seen in my life. Due to booking's fault, 2 of the same reservations were made. I explained the situation to bookinge and hotel officials. I spent all my energy on this in my 3-day trip. They took the money from us for the place 2 times we stayed only one of them and other we did not stay. It's a truly lousy hotel. I hope I never pass by it again!

The English speaking lady serving us was very kind to us.

The room was supposedly an upgrade but it was a simple room it seemed. And the bathroom especially wasn't clean. You could see starting mold (pink color) in several areas. We found hair in different areas in the bathroom, not sure how good the cleaning crew is there.

No-nonsense comfortable stay, out of town centre but well-connected.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious. While not in a central location, it was near a tram stop, so I was able to get where I needed to be.

It’s a rather anonymous and business oriented chain hotel that could probably do with a paint job in places.

Invoice.... When I paid the room charge at the check in, I asked the staff at the hotel reception to add the name and the address of my company in the invoice. I received the invoice at check out, but I found my company name was not written. So I requested it again, however their answer was "not possible" and they promised to send me a new invoice by email, after checking their HQ. But, so far I have never received any f/back from the hotel.
