Avoid the restaurant

The swimming pool is great and the breakfast as well. Lots of choice and good food. Free parking.

Restaurant staff was downright lax. Found a piece of plastic, that came off the container, about 1cm long and 0,5cm across, in my ice cream scoop. Could have been in my 5 year old child's scoop of ice cream that we ordered and he could have easily choked on it. Slightly less likely for me, but still a risk. Showed the waiter, who went to show the kitchen staff, didn't get anything back other than a shrug of the shoulders and really forced "Sorry". That's not how you deal with such a situation. Really poor service. Besides that the room felt a bit outdated , more so than the pictures make it seem. Most staff was great, some didn't seem to know too much about their own facilities though when asked for details.

Zeer rustgevend en ontspannend na een vermoeiende werkdag.

Alles was dik in orde, geen aanmerkingen. De accomodatie en de ontspanningsmogelijkheden zijn top, voor elk wat wils.

Bij aankomst was er behoorlijk lawaai van ventilatie in de kamer. Onmiddellijk gemeldt aan de receptie en direct opgelost door een andere kamer.

Harde bedden zijn voor mij niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Rustige omgeving en ook in het hotel. Fijn zwembad en 3 sauna's. Kamer had een grote ruime badkamer. Thee en koffie. Veel opbergruimte. De ramen konden open. Ik houd van frisse lucht. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Al is de ontbijtzaal niet heel gezellig.

Bij de receptie werd iemand ingewerkt dat kan ik nog begrijpen, maar er stonden er drie te giechelen. Niet zo professioneel. Bij het zwembad op de trap lag bloed. Redelijk onhygiënisch. Ik was geheel ontspannen na de sauna's maar werd met een gebroken: lees pijnlijke rug en schouders wakker door het harde bed.

Functioneel maar sfeerloos.

Kamer was netjes. Conciërge / avond personeel was vriendelijk.

Dramatisch te bereiken. Wegomlegging stuurt je naar de schulpweg en dan linksaf maar daar is het afgesloten. Dus omgedraaid, krijg je een andere richting op via de Gooweg naar Noordwijk. Omleiding houdt dan op dus wij dachten dat we dan achterom moesten rijden. Ook afgesloten landweg . Ternauwernood kunnen keren in de modder. Uiteindelijk dan maar langs de wegafsluiting gereden aan de voorzijde en doe je dat kom je gewoon op het parkeerterrein. Schandalig slecht en onduidelijk aangegeven (gemeente Noordwijk ) Het is een congrescentrum wat zijn gloriedagen achter zich heeft liggen en dat zie je her en der wel. Daardoor is de lobby sfeerloos met een drankautomaat en super brede gangen. Het is bedoeld voor grote groepen mensen en het kwam nu nogal uitgestorven over. Verder zijn elders in het gebouw opvang van vluchtelingen wat ik begreep.

We komen zeker terug!

Rustige kamer, stil, ruim genoeg, schoon, uitzicht op bomen en landerijen. En gelukkig kon het raam open, dus frisse lucht en ventileren! Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Geen koelkastje op de kamer helaas. Ontbijt via Booking niet inbegrepen, maar te duur, dus niet gedaan. Iedereen droeg mondkapjes in het hele gebouw, behalve het personeel in het restaurant en ook niet de medewerkers van de keuken, zag ik. Uitgerekend in de buurt van eten en drinken dus. Dat vond ik erg slecht. Ik heb het aan de receptie doorgegeven.

Ottimo soggiorno con bambini per un totale svago e relax per tutti

Buona ed abbondante la colazione. La struttura offre moltissimi servizi per adulti e per bambini. Ideale per qualche giorno di relax. La pulizia delle camere potrebbe migliorare, ma nel complesso, buon hotel.

Diciamo che la camera poteva essere piu pulita, ed alcune cose organizzate meglio, come far trovare gia un accappatoio in camera, visto che la struttura offre piscina e SPA. Ed anche il personale, soprattutto housekeeping, potrebbe essere un po piu gentile ed accondiscendente

Tulip field heaven and close to beach

This hotel is brilliantly located. It is right next to the vast tulip fields and there are rental bikes available to go around. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, although our bathroom sun was clogged. Plenty of facilities available too - from spa and parking to gift shop. I just wish breakfast were included in the room price. Would definitely stay there again this time of year (March - May).

The check it was terribly, terribly slow. I really don't understand why it took a good 15 minutes to register our details - ID number, room preference etc. Otherwise, very friendly and helpful staff.

Sehr angenehm

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, große Auswahl am Buffet und auch kurz vor Schluss noch aufgefüllt. Möglichkeit, sich frisch Eier jeglicher Art zubereiten zu lassen. Lage ist ein wenig abseits, aber mit Auto ist man schnell in der Innenstadt oder am Strand. Schwimmbad und Wellnessbereich sah sehr einladend aus, leider keine Zeit. Angebot generell sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist sehr groß. Aber es verläuft sich gut, auch beim Frühstück!

Toller Aufenhalt - wir kommen sicher wieder!

Schöne Zimmer mit Hundekörbchen und -napf! Bad neu renoviert. Laminatboden (kein ekliger "Hotelteppich") Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffett Betten sehr bequem Haben die Möglichket des "greenstay" genutzt - keine Reingiung der Zimmer, dafür gab´s Getränekgutscheine. Gut war, das man jeden Tag neu entscheiden konnte, d.h. man hätte nach 3 Tagen aus das Zimmer reinigen lassen können.

Unser Zimmer lag Richtung Norden, da war es nicht so heiß, aber die anderen 3 Zimmer hatten fast den ganzen Tag Sonne und waren ohne Klimaanlage sehr warm.

Good

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is a little old and the rooms could do with improvement but all was ok. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. There is lots of parking space which is free so that is great for The Netherlands - mostly you have to pay and it can be very expensive. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel - especially to people with dogs.

We had booked a triple room as our son is no longer a child. We were given a double room with a camp bed for our son. This was very disappointing. Whilst it was ok for one night it was not ideal. The air-conditioning in our room did not work very well. And as the weather was hot it was a bit too warm with three people in the room. I think the price of the rental bicycles was expensive - it would be better to bring your own.

Definitely a hotel we shall recommend to our families and friends.

All went well and smooth! At arrival, possibility to unload luggage in front of hotel. Great car/bycicle parking area. Great property location, quiet and green. Excellent staff at reception; professional, friendly; Rooms comfortable with lovely view of the bollenvelden. Restaurants spacious, superb breakfast buffet Quiet surroundings.

An amazing stay in Noordwijk

The hotel was very modern and we enjoyed our stay very much. I was also pleasantly surprised to see a swimming pool. The view from the hotel was also great, we could see the lovely tulip fields nearby. The hotel also isn't that far from the beach.

The opening times for the pool was a bit late and the rooms were a bit expensive, but overall, loved it!

Bikes are available directly at the hotel, to book via app so that you can go to the city and the seaside by bike, leaving the car parked. The structure is clean and with quite a few amenities and late checkout was allowed (with additional payment).

Some amenities (swimming pool, restaurant kitchen) close at 22, would be nice if they stayed open longer. There was quite a bit of queueing to check-in, and the reception seems to be often very busy so that it takes time to receive assistance.

The walking route to the hotel from bus stand is actually a short walk. Hope this finds a mention somewhere and some sign indicating this route will be of immense help to first time guests. The GPS indicates a long route.

One of the best places I've stayed at

Very friendly staff with a good sense of humour :) The room was great in size with big windows and a view towards the blooming tulip fields. The spa cener was more than great - big swimming pool suitable for real swimming, Finish and infrared saunas and the biggest steam bath I've been. There was also a bicycle hiring station just in front of the hotel where one could hire normal and e-bikes from an app. Super comfortable to just take and return the bike when you wish 24/7 and go up into your room (the app worked without any issues). All in all, great place to stay!

To use the spa centre, a reservation through an app was needed in advance, which was a bit uncomfortable to plan from the previous day at what time you want a slot, for how many people, etc. But with such a big hotel I can understand that is needed to avoid overcrowding.
