The hotel is between Central Station and Dam Square, easy to find and very central to all attractions. The Orange Tulip isn't a 5 star hotel but it's clean, the staff are nice and I got a great deal. All in all I really enjoyed my 5 night stay.
One night the room next to me were having a party, it was a bit load. The guests were only there for one night and the other 4 nights were great.

The location
There were workmen drilling and banging and scraping right beside my window for 3 hrs from 8 to 11am. 11 am is check out time. I expect a sleep in not being up at the crack of dawn with noise.
