Paseo por Amsterdam

El hotel tiene exelente ubicación, se pueden hacer muchas cosas caminando. Realmente esta muy cerca de todo. Unos pocos minutos caminado de la estación del tren. Lo recomiendo mucho a las personas que no quieren hacer muchos tours.

El último que nos hicieron la habitación dejaron tirado en el suelo los cojines de la cama y el protector de la cama y eso nos pareció muy desagradable. En lo personal eso si me da mucho asco.

Very unpleasant stay.

Location

Cleanliness and the poor condition of the rooms, mattresses, common areas and hallways. The restroom shower had mold. The carpets have a very foul odor and the walls are scuffed everywhere. Major improvement investment needed. Can use a much needed makeover including personnel. Stay away from room 139.

I’ve never been so excited to leave.

Our room smelt like sewage, air conditioning made so much noise, windows wouldn’t open, beds and towels smelt dirty.

AVOID AT ALL COST! HORRIBLE HOTEL! OUR LAPTOPS WERE STOLEN INSIDE OUR ROOM!

The two Filipino receptionists who were very welcoming and helped us with the horrible experience we had in this hotel

The white receptionist on duty on the night of 22 July 2023. We reported a theft/burglary incident in our room and he never bothered to help us - very dismissive and disrespectful.

They need to clean better. It was even old food under the bed and on the carpets. There had been no xleaning on the carpets below the bed for months…

great location - would recommend this location

great location and good beds

the room were not clean and there was always missing toiletpapper our rooms. We needed to go down stairs to pick it up everytime it was finished even though the room was cleaned every day.

the location is great and the room was clean and the staff was friendly and hlepful

only 1 electric socket and far away from the bed which was uncomfortable. The shower pressure was really weak

Comfortable and the room was balanced perfect with temperature in 30oc overall it was as expected

helpful and friendly staff, great location.

we originally got put on the 4th floor which doesn’t have a lift so had to carry the suitcases up two sets of stairs. but once spoke to staff day after was changed to a room on floor 3. which was perfect for us.

reasonable overall for a basic room; wifi was a serious issue.

Room: Clean and tidy and shower was good and bed comfortable. Breakfast: good range of choice and quality fine and reasonable value. Location: very good for the conference centre over the road and close to train station

Room was very small and backed onto a noisy nighttime street at the back. Wifi was useless I'm afraid.

grubby, tired, needs a good clean

June the chap on reception was super nice and very helpful.

there was not much to be honest, it was dirty the carpets hadn’t be vacuumed for some time. The room was tired and grubby. There was a used vape on the shelf and bits on carpet. tea and coffee wasn’t replenished after day one so had to go out each day for milk and bought some tea bags from the store.

Location great! Staff friendly

Our room was ground floor 034 and the windows sit on a main street with 2 bars which are very loud! Until around 4am!!!!! People sitting on window ledges and urinating up.against the windows! Doesn't allow for a good night's sleep And stinks of smoke wafting in !

amazing location, staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful! breakfast had a good selection.

room was a little dated and there were a couple of silverfish in the bathroom, some dirty cups were hidden behind a curtain.

comfortable beds, good shower, excellent location & friendly staff.

the hotel is old so the layout has alot of stairs which may be deterring for some. it is difficult to carry luggage.

Great location, friendly staff but cleaning standards could be improved

Excellent location with friendly staff

Standard of cleanliness in the room wasn't fantastic. There was a dirty pair of socks lying beside the bed when we checked in which had left a lingering smell in the room. Plastic hangers from previous guests also left in the wardrobe and the room was booked for 4 adults but we were provided with 1x shampoo/shower gel, 2x Hand-wash and 3x lotions.
