The recently installed lift is a great addition to this olde-worlde hotel. Room itself was light, airy & spacious, & the firm mattress one of the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel. The breakfast was fully self-service with an impressive range of options, all very fresh. Only a couple of minutes' walk from Het Boegbeeld cafe/tavern where we had flammkuchen, mead & local beer on two nights.
Toilet is small, so awkward to use with the door fully closed - not a problem for us, but might be for less relaxed guests. It would have been helpful to know more about the parking arrangements in advance to save us a long walk initially: I recommend asking the hotel about this before you travel, as it's actually very practical & convenient.

Charming place. Great location close to beach and village. Delightful terrace
Access slightly awkward as I have Mobility issues but staff helped.

It’s right next to the beach. The breakfast was really nice for good value of money. There are many restaurants, bars and shops in waking distance.
The bathroom was quite small and ventilation needs an upgrade
