Location was excellent. The hotel had been recently renovated so everything was clean and new. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
Room was stuffy and window did not open all the way and there was no air conditioning.

Bed was comfortable
Location is great, very nice and good restaurants not far from the hotel
Breakfast is ok.
Rooms dont have AC but thre was a ventilator
Bathroom seems very new and renovated but then maybe bad design, suing the shower .. I still got water on the floor in the bathroom.. not very guest frinedly
there is not many choices for lunch, only snacks ... and I think there was no dinner proposed

Some of the staff were excellent and tried to make the stay comfortable.
Great location.
The lifts were not working. My impression was this was not something that happened on that day.
The stairwells could have been cleaner.
I bought a bottle of water at the bar to take to bed but told I was not allowed to take the bottle upstairs. One member of staff offered to pour it into a paper cup so I could take it with me.
I didn't say anything but the room top window was open. The only way of closing it was to stand on the desk which I didn't do so I had road noise on and off in the night.
