Generally very nice I have been staying for a while. This particular room felt a little bit tired

The rooftop terrace
The day I was staying the elevator was out of order and had to take the stairs to the rooftop

Dinner was good in the restaurant. Room layout was good. Clean and very presentable
The cost of the room expected but to charge 18.50 each for breakfast, no water in the room, charge to park my car, no additional pillows for the bed, and little available choice of tea in the room or any biscuits or snacks. Given the room cost surely these little addions would add to the value and not make your guests pay extra for everything.
