Lovely hotel. Convenient to city centre (only 10 minutes on the bus). Staff were friendly and willing to assist. Room was spotlessly clean. Enjoyed breakfast which had plenty of options.

It is an easy commute into Amsterdam on the bus, remember If you are buying bus tickets, get the GVP app purchase tickets there, and it's easier .
We ordered a delux room to celebrate a special birthday, and sadly, our air-conditioning unit did not work in our room. However, we were given another room which was standard and given a 50% refund of the cost of our original room, which we were happy about. Considering how much it cost us, it is still quite disappointing 😞
