The staff were excellent. Everyone was very helpful and greeted you when they saw you.
The hotel is ideally located for public transport and the museum district.
The staff provided coffee 24/7.
The beds are pushed against a wall and the mattress had become worn on the side you get in and sleep.
The mattresses need to be rotated to prevent wearing on one side.
When it rained the television didn't work.

Very good location & very near transport links.
Breakfast was good & the basket ball hoop we had went down well.
Bathrooms are so small with with no ventilation or fan.
I booked room for 4, I was given a double bed and sofa bed even though I requested 2 double beds.
The A/C didn’t work either.

"Room is cosy clean and comfortable , bathroom a little on the narrow side but ok for a few days good shower hot water always and spotless towels daily so compensates narrow bathroom .
