Good location. Excellent transport link.
I can't say anything negative

Very nice lobby, friendly staff and clean rooms with comfortable beds.
The room was located far away from the elevators and because of the floor plan layout of the hallways it was quite a maze to get to the room.

Breakfast was too minimal

The hotel was very near the metro, train and tram stop. Supermarket next door. Staff were mostly very helpful apart from the problem about the lack of heat in my room. There was a pleasant large bar and lounge area, plus outdoor terrace. My room was very quiet as requested. It was very clean throughout.
My room was very cold in the evening and at night. Staff clearly couldn't sort it out because the system works centrally. The thermostat in the room seemed to be for show only. I wasn't seeking compensation and was insulted at being offered a bottle of water by the duty manager on the final evening. No kettle or tea/coffee sachets in the room, although not a deal breaker because I took a travel kettle with me. If it weren't for the heating problem I would recommend this hotel, but not in the shoulder season.
