The location was excellent. We love the neighborhood. Easy access to all points of interest; impeccably clean, friendly, a great experience.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly for the entire stay and the room was clean and comfortable. I was impressed that there was a washing machine and we used it. It was close to transportation to walk and pretty central to the places we wanted to visit.

Friendly personal, cozy shared spaces, close to city center, kitchen was good equipped.
There isn’t air conditioner at the bedroom.
The stairs to the bedroom was pretty steep.

Location was close enough to center but still in a peaceful residential neighborhood with its own cafes nearby. Studios are clean and well designed with a wonderful kitchen and very comfortable beds. We loved our canal view as well.
Our studio was on the 4th floor (lift only reaches 3rd) and in the furthest building so had to cross through 2 courtyards which was a challenge with heavy suitcases and groceries. There was one day the lift broke down. There is a lounge with coffee and biscotti and minimal fruit. Often coffee cups needed replenishing or the tray emptying, once it wasn't dispensing milk, so ended up buying coffee pods at supermarket instead, as only given 2-3 pieces for the machine in our studio. We didn't have a washing machine in our room. Each building has one on the 2nd floor but ours was always in use and some guests wouldn't collect theirs for hours and more often than not had to take my laundry to one of the other buildings. Perhaps you should have a log sheet for guests to indicate their room numbers or book time slots. This would remind them to be more considerate of others wanting to use it as well.

Recently renovated, sparkling clean, tastfully furnished and decorated, spacious. Reception desk stuff very attentive and happy to assist.
They are not allowed to install the air conditioning because of the herritage building and it can get quite hot in summer. But they gave us a portable air con.

The layout of the facility as well as the apartments was lovely. It retained its old world charm with the courtyards but with modern amenities like the elevator to upper floors, washer/dryer, fully appointed kitchen, accessible apartments, a modern lobby and gathering space for residents, etc. In addition, the staff were ALL excellent. Friendly, helpful, willing to go the extra mile to help. They offer GOOD coffee & biscotti in their gathering space all day/evening. They also did a “Wine on Wednesday” in the gathering room one Wed afternoon - free wine, nuts, olives, and cheese and the opportunity to interact with other residents. It was lovely.
If you rent a 2 floor apartment, the stairs will be quite narrow and steep. In our case there were also large floor to ceiling beams throughout the entire second floor which meant dodging beams when moving throughout the room. I knew this would be the layout ahead of time and it worked fine for us. It is also important to know that this bldg does not have AC. Again that worked fine for us as temps were 55-75 and the windows open and from the 3rd floor we got fine breezes. They do equip with fans if needed.

I really enjoyed my stay. The accommodations were cute and I had access to everything I needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I never felt like a stranger. The location of the facility is perfect. It's a 20 minute walk to City Center. It is near many places to eat and is a healthy mix of family and college students.
The only constructive feedback I have is that screens on the window would be very helpful. I realize that isn't common in Amsterdam but since the units have no AC, keeping windows open are super important. However, with windows open and no screens then you grapple with the bugs.

We had two apartments for our family, a studio apartment and 2 bedroom. The two bedroom apartment was lovely. Had plenty of room to eat meals, hang out and gather together as a family in the evening. All the beds were comfortable, it was very clean, they picked up the garbage every day.
The studio apartment was not quite as comfortable. We came during a very hot day. The studio remained hot for days afterwards. There is was a fan, but didn’t help that much. The staff did replace the original fan with one that worked better.
The location was good for young people. My parents struggled a bit with the walking.

Clean, brightly lit apartments that make you feel right at home (or how you wish home to be). We stayed 7 nights and it was a restful place to return to after spending the day downtown, which is a short walk away. We were also pleased with the functional kitchen which allowed us to cook a few meals. Last but not least, great service from the staff (we encountered 4) who were all ever willing to offer help!
We were originally checked into a split-level apartment instead of a single-floor one. It was lovely, only that both my husband and I found the steep stairs (Dutch kind!) challenging due to our bad knees/back. We were upgraded to a bigger apartment when one became available on our 5th night, so that was great!

We had a 3 bedroom apartment for 2 weeks and it was very modern and roomy . We had all the facilities you could ask for. The Hotel was very accomodating . We were a travelling in a group with my 82 year old mother from Australia, and they kindly offered us coffee after our long flight. Our room was ready so we checked in early. Staff were excellent. Location was perfect in a nice area near restaurants , but not directly in the tourist hub. We were about a 15 min walk to central station. Our apartment was cleaned once a week.
The Mezzanine Bedroom is in an open area with no walls and a ensuite bathroom.
There was no ventilation in the main area. Virtually the whole apartment. Initially we were freezing in the apartment and heating only turned on early evening and back off in the morning. When the weather changed it was stifling hot. The 3rd bedroom on the mezzanine level was even hotter. One window opened in the main bedroom which was our only ventilation. I understand it is a very old building , so probably cannot do much. We coped. All the positives far outweighed the negatives. That said, it was a lot of money ...
The Mezzanine Bedroom is an open area that won't suit everybody due to noise , but it didn't bother me.

We stayed there for over a week, it was my partner’s birthday and mine but unfortunately I wasn’t feeling well.
the team was absolutely amazing! They gave us a gift for her birthday and I’ve got a bunch of tea and flowers with a blessing to feel better 😊 the location were great 20 minutes walking to center but it felt less! And there is a supermarket near by. there was an Apple TV so we were really felt at home.
About the window- the window couldn’t stay open then we seeked for help and the team help us with a solution.
the apartment has everything we needed! they’ve thought of everything! Thank you for everything I’ll happily suggest this place to anyone 💜 Thanks to Max and Fabrizio for making our stay perfect💕

The building & facilities were good - well equipped and well maintained property
service was very poor, cleaning lady refused to clean the room halfway through our stay, and insisted on doing it on the seventh day, while we checked out on the eighth day! we asked for a toaster and they provided a broken one - and even their umbrellas were broken! it was raining for most of our trip. there was also hardly anyone at the reception most days, with no info about how to get help. For a property that insists on a minimum 7 day stay in an apartment style room, it did not feel warm or friendly…

FAKE REVIEWS. That's all I can think of when I reread the customer reviews after staying here for 10 days. There is no way this place should be a Trip Advisor Recommended Property!
After 3 weeks of traveling around Europe, through three different countries, this was the worst experience with accommodations we had. As you may or may not have noticed, they do NOT have air conditioning! However, the property does NOT disclose that the windows open only centimeters in some rooms and not at all in others! Our room was about 36*C/86*F when we arrived. There is a room fan that circulates the hot air but does little to cool it down. I woke up sweating in the middle of the night more than once. Our oven exhaust fan also just shot cooking smoke in the room with no vent to the outside. Sounds fun, right?
The property also says they have a gym and lobby with complimentary fruit and coffee. In reality, the gym was closed for the entirety of our stay due to "maintenance". They had the door open to the gym one day and I saw no equipment at all! At check-in, they said it would be open soon, but that was a lie. No equipment after 10 days.
The "free coffee machine and fruit" in the lobby was another perk that was non-existent. The coffee machine was broken and the only fruit was unripened bananas. When I asked for some coffee pods for the machine in our room, I was reluctantly given two pods, even though the coffee machine was broken.
I also asked to borrow a vacuum one day, since the floor was dirty and there is no regular housekeeping. After being interogated about potential damage in the room, I was finally allowed to clean our room after explaining I just wanted to sweep up dirt on the floor.
If you expect to wash and dry your clothes, set aside an entire afternoon because it will take several cycles in the dryer to actually dry your clothes.
Lastly, the property says they are pet friendly. This is a SCAM! They charge a $500 pet deposit and 19 Euros PER NIGHT for extra pet cleaning, even though you only get cleaning once per week. The funny part is that on our one cleaning day, the cleaners never showed up. So we paid $190 for mandatory extra cleaning when they did not clean our room at all. Also, there is no place to take your dog for relief on the property outside and there are no trash cans for dog waste nearby. The only signs for pets are for all the places you are NOT allowed to take them.
Overall, we felt scammed and taken advantage of. Our room had no view (like in the pictures online), doors slammed loudly, facility perks were non-existant, and we were charged for pet cleaning that also never happened. I'd recommend finding other accommodations when visiting this great city!
