The staff are very responsive and understanding.
The only issue I had was the €150 security deposit that wasn't mentioned on Booking.com as it was implemented recently. However, the staff has dealt with it so professionally.

The apartment was large and comfortable. The beds were queen size, and the kitchen had everything you might need. The staff handed out clean towels and sheets whenever we needed them. During our eight-day stay, the apartment was cleaned once, which was enough. The hotel is right on a canal, so it's beautiful, but there are mosquitoes, even in September. We enjoyed the books and puzzles that were available in reception.

Room size was great and the galley kitchen was nice and new. It was easy to get to the Metro and walk into the city centre.
The appliance manuals weren't helpful, not detailing how to turn appliances on, I had to google the oven information. You're only provided X2 tabs for the dishwasher and the washing machine, disappointing for the price.
Be mindful of booking a room without aircon. I was in a south facing room, so sunshine all day and the temp of the apartment remained at 30°. The bathroom had no ventilation, and the lights were seemingly hot lamps so stayed too hot in there too. You'll need to change your own towels if you want fresh ones.
