The location is close proximity to all nice places such as Train Station, Bus stops, Bars and Restaurants, canal for walking nor running and convenient shops etc. Real value for money.

Very clean and comfortable with good amenities. Convenient to some good cafes and supermarkets etc. Also liked the sustainability focus.
The room was a little too warm to sleep well.

Nice place in Amsterdam Oost with a comfortable room and bathroom. Loved the tea selection, and the handling of check-in/check-out and everything else related to the stay via my smartphone.
Breakfast: they offer breakfast at a nearby place which however opens at 8.30 AM. For most of my stay, I couldn't enjoy it due to work commitments starting at 9. I wouldn't have booked the breakfast if this was made clear in advance.

Good concept (no reception, community room, …) clean and modern rooms for a decent price (for Amsterdam that is).
Enormous problems with the electronic key system (it didn’t work for both my partner and I). This was not solved immediately - also as there is no reception and the first contact is with a chatbot. Add to that no hot water during the first day and you end up with a semi-satisfied customer.
