If you are staying in Amsterdam, stay here!

Sir Adam made our stay perfect! It is modern, clean and comfortable. The standard is 10/10 for the price that you pay. The staff are ready to help at any moment. We got engaged during our stay, and the hotel were so sweet! They provided us with many complimentary gifts and communicated well with my partner who prepared surprises in the room. The food at the butcher was fantastic, and ordering it to our room was so easy! The hotel has everything you could possible need and is a perfect location to get into the centre of Amsterdam. We will be returning, and we will be staying here!

We didn’t like leaving!

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit nettem Ambiente.

Die Lage ist super, allerdings hatten wir die Aussicht nach hinten - was extrem langweilig ist. Das Frühstück ist top.

Es gab viele Party People und so wurden wir in zwei von drei Nächte geweckt, es ist recht Hellhörig, was ich so eher von Hostels kenne. Das Design ist super, leider sind die Räume sehr klein und es fehlen daher Haken für die Handtücher, Jacken musste man bei dem Regen auch in den Schrank hängen weil es keinen anderen Platz gab.

I paid the price for a very stylish hotel

few minutes free ferry ride from Amsterdam centraal train station and fairly flat walking to the hotel. breakfast is better than most continental breakfasts - fresh celery juice and a hot meal of eggs (plus cereals, hams, etc). Room is stylish, nice view of river. Working record player appreciated. shower pressure amazing. The distance to main Amsterdam sights means a better rest away from the tourists. The music theme of hotel is well executed and we enjoyed the quirky themed elevator. The finishings in room - leather seats, linen were well appointed.

Hotel is setup for a particular type of guest who do not have cars / not driving and guests with little luggage and don’t mind common areas being shared with public. If you drive and/or have luggage you want to drop off or load luggage, the hotel does not have a proper car drop off and the hotel lobby is situated on second floor. i am not sure about cobblestone type pavement around the exterior of the hotel for all types of accessibility. No assistance with our luggage both during check in and check out. Room is fairly large for European standards but the way it is furnished, if you have large suitcases, be prepared to keep them closed or there won’t be much space to move in your room. The car/restaurant on level 1 was crowded the night we were there and for the price we paid, I expected a bit more exclusivity given to hotel guests in common areas but that did not happen. The exclusivity for guests is limited mostly to your room.

Absolutely fantastic location, the most central I’ve ever stayed in the warmest cosiest hotel! Will be back.

The room was so amazing and cosy. Brilliant view. Was quite worried about the ferry, but it was just always there and quite fun!

De juiste plek voor een citytrip naar Amsterdam

Het uitzicht en de locatie, met de ferry is de stad vlakbij. Leuke inrichting van lobby en kamer

De douche had verschillende knoppen voor intensiteit, dat was even zoeken.

Love it here, I’ll be back ;)

Very comfy beds with a beautiful view and love the fun lifts. I just wish the karaoke lift moved slower so I could have more time to sing in there lol.

Very nice, but rooms could be bigger

Excellent staff and food. Good location. Pretty funky hotel - very modern. They had a gym.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, just a short ferry ride from Amsterdam Centraal station. It's close to the red light district and all the usual tourist attractions, but it's in a quiet area where you can sit in a cafe and enjoy the view. The hotel decor was quirky and fun and the room was extremely comfortable.

It was expensive.

We were a bit unlucky with the views from our room. We booked late and it was a busy weekend, so not blame to the hotel.

Great location, fun decor, really helpful& friendly staff, but not car friendly

Breakfast was great. Comfort really good and staff were excellent. It was easy to access the city centre by free ferry, and once all the building works in the area are complete the neighbourhood should be great.

Accessibility if you come by car is very, very poor. You cannot park outside the hotel. Nor is there any provision to drop off bags. Only parking reasonably available is at paid, municipal run parking station at EUR 50 per day! We took a significant chance and parked our rental car in a street about 4 blocks away. We didn't get a parking ticket, so it wa free. But it did take q5 minutes to find a spot,and dragging the luggage that distance was no fun.

A fun property with lots of positives

This is a party hotel! One is offered a beer or Sekt upon check-in and the rooms have plenty of alcoholic drinks, record players, and vintage vinyl. The elevators are miniature discos and karaoke clubs. the pinball Machtanspruch pool table (along with vintage Pong) complete the scene. The rooms are extremely quiet and many offer a view of Amsterdam across the River. The gym is one of the best I have encountered in a hotel! We will be back!

It was not always clear how to get to our room or exit the property as there is a roof attraction and a night club. we found ourselves routed to the cold outdoors to get to the restaurant due to nightclub security! And with no coats-brrr!

Great location with views of the river, the free 24 hour ferry to the city centre is very handy.

Great staff with a great breakfast choice. Bar drinks reasonably priced.

Each room has a record player but most of the records we borrowed were badly scratched, so more gimmicky in our experience.
