Was good but could have been better

The property is good. But being from middle east it’s seems the hotel guest are from US and they have been very much rude For example one off the guest has used some bad words while I was using the lounge area refering to my shopping bag

great location, but poor cleanliness

it was located right infront of amsterdam central station, very strategic.

they didn’t clean our room daily and said it was because their eco friendly program

GOOD HOTEL!

Every staff are kindness. The "VIC'S Bar" is good! Carstens Brasserie is great. It's really good dinner.

I stayed 3rd times in this time. the room was little bit noisy. But, it's not big problem.

Bel hôtel hyper central avec belles prestations

Localisation hyper centrale Petit déjeuner Personnel agréable

Manque de propreté piscine Manque de vigilance personnel sur access piscine avec des personnes qui viennent avec leur chaussure, d’autres en caleçon mais pas maillot bain et même si personnel intervient, la personne est autorisée à rester. En général, propreté à revoir sur l’ensemble.

Location was perfect, nothing was further than a 20 minute walk away!!

Voltaríamos com prazer ao hotel. Atenção a pequenos detalhes podem tornar a experiência perfeita.

A localização do hotel é PERFEITA, bem perto da Central de Amsterdã, possibilitando deslocamentos por metrô, tram, trens e ferry de forma muito prática e rápida - a única observação para se pegar táxis e uber é que o hotel fica em área exclusiva para pedestres, sendo necessário atravessar a rua para apanhar a condução (mas o staff chama o taxi para o aeroporto na partida, sim). Se mobilidade não for uma questão é só mudar de calçada. Além disso é próximo de pelo menos 2 minimercados, o que facilita muito para quem viaja com crianças. Check in e check out ágil. Fomos em 2 adultos e uma criança e ficamos no quarto família. É espaçoso, com 2 ambientes e grandes janelas. Conta com facilidades de café, frigobar, tábua/ferro de passar roupas e secador bem potente para quem gosta de escovar os cabelos. Boa cama e bons travesseiros. O café da manhã é bem servido, saboroso, variado e vai das 07:00 às 11:00, o que é um grande benefício quando o cansaço se mostra no final da viagem. Área de lazer muito agradável com piscina coberta e sauna, faz a alegria das crianças depois de um dia de passeios. Equipe muito acolhedora e gentil, com destaque para a bela moça loira da recepção, filha de mãe brasileira (falha imperdoável a minha, não conseguir lembrar seu nome), que conduziu meu filho resfriado ao banheiro, durante o check-in. A Sra Laryssa, responsável por cuidar do nosso quarto, igualmente foi muito gentil e prestativa.

O frigobar tem cerca de 95% do espaço ocupado com produtos à venda do estabelecimento, sobrando espaço ínfimo para que o hóspede guarde seus pertences. Achei a prática gananciosa e muito, muito antipática - famílias que se hospedam com crianças buscam justamente espaço para acondicionamento de alimentos infantis, não tendo interesse em bebidas alcoólicas no quarto. As toalhas de banho e roupões tem cheiro desagradável - imagino que tenha relação com boas práticas ambientais, abolição de uso de amaciantes, etc, mas o fato é que fica um odor bem incômodo. A iluminação do quarto à noite é bem fraca, poderia ser melhor. Banheiro de pequenas dimensões, onde o vidro blindex só cobre a metade do box, fazendo molhadeira quando se toma banho.

Ganz schlechte Parkplatz Situation. Hotel mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar. Als Parkmöglichkeit wird Q Parkhaus als Partner empfohlen. Rabatt im Parkhaus nur möglich, wenn man selbst Parkhaus online bucht. Kein wirklicher Hotelpartner. Man bezahlt pro 24 Stunden derzeit voll 55 Euro Übrigens waren keine Bademäntel in Zimmern eines Hotels mit Pool. ! Und nach der Saunanutzung keine Liegen zur Entspannung vorhanden

La ubicación, la tranquilidad e insonorización de la habitación, realmente se descansa. Y el personal, sobre todo una chica de recepción que habla español.

Que para subir a las habitaciones tengas que tomar dos ascensores.

The property is very nice. Very clean. The room was spacious and the staff were lovely and helpful.

Only thing I paid for an room upgrade but the view was a little ruined by netting outside the window.

Great location and bar. There only restaurant is closed one night of the week, thought that was strange, and on checkin we were not informed about the facilities and did not realise they had a pool. Apart from that, excellent hotel in the perfect location and staff are helpful and friendly. The only reason I rated the staff 4 is due to lack of introduction to the hotel facilities which influenced our stay.

We had some challenges with the check-in process, which resulted in us missing out on utilising all the facilities. For instance, we were not informed that the restaurant closed one night a week, coincidentally the night we planned to dine there. Additionally, we were unaware of the availability of the pool, which we would have loved to use. As a result, we felt disappointed as we had paid for a luxury hotel experience but couldn't fully enjoy all the amenities it had to offer

Would not hesitate to book here again

Great hotel, location perfect and no noise considering close to trams and trains and central. Lovely bar, restaurant and food, staff very helpful and friendly.

Sauna could have been a bit hotter and would have been nice to have robes and slippers for the spa.

Location was excellent. Facilities were also new. Room was clean and they had an excellent pool/sauna area! Staff were also very helpful.

Lovely birthday weekend away

The location is brilliant, the staff were amazing. rooms were nice and comfy the bed was massive, Breakfast was nice with lots to choose from. Atmosphere around the hotel was nice
