Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room was very spacious and beds very comfortable. Plenty of storage space and tea coffee and water provided. Good shower too.
Location excellent could walk easily around and good bars restaurants on the doorstep.
Maybe a slip mat in shower.

Didn’t avail of breakfast
I would have liked to have had access to front patio off the breakfast room overlooking the square during the evening hours. It would have been nice to have an after dinner drink on the balcony and watch the street activities

The location was fab
Compared to the room size, the bathroom was tiny. We had a corner room so there was lots of natural light and street light, else there wasn’t enough light in the room. The property needs to be revamped.

Location - was good, lots of coffee shops near and on the way to main bit.
Room - basic , but perfect if you’re just coming to sleep and see Amsterdam. Very very noisy though that was my only issue lol.
Staff - we’ve lovely! No issues at all, girl at desk was soo helpful and lovely!

Just the noise 🤣but it’s Amsterdam we exspected it 🤣 appreciated the ear plugs also!
