Gute Lage angehnehmer Aufenhalt

Das Hotel liegt fussläufig nahe dem Bahnhof Muiderpool von dort kann man direkt zum Flughafen fahren. Auch halten vorne an der Kreuzung mehrer Strassenbahnlienen mit denen man gut in die City kommt. Um das Hotel gibt es auch ein paar Wirtschaften und Gelegeheiten zum Frühstücken. Diue Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig.

Die Tepiche in den Gängen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sört aber nicht weiterhin, weil in den Zimmern glatte saubere Böden sind. Die Rezeption ist eher hip gehalten und vielleicht eher was für jüngere Leute. Bei einer Frage nach lokalem niederländischen Essen musste erst an der Rezeption gegoogelt werden.

It is ok but too much hassle to have breakfast.

The room was very comfortable and I asked for the bathtub and it was a relaxing moment after work. The bed was comfy and the coffee machine and tea were a great way to start the day.

The reception was very disorganized. I paid for breakfast during my check-in and during my whole stay every day that I was going to have breakfast (which was overpriced in my opinion) the waiters were claiming they needed to charge me again. I went to the reception after the first time this happen and they did not fix. On my checkout they wanted to charge me again for breakfast and just luckily I had asked for the receipt to send to my employer after the checkin so I could easily prove it was paid already. So much confusion for nothing.

Voor een zakelijke reis is dit een prima hotel prima hotel met eenvoudige, maar functionele kamers.

Prima bedden.

Restaurant/hotelbar was gesloten tijdens ons verblijf, vieze drinkglazen op de kamer en het ontbijt viel ons wat tegen.

Bien mais décevant en regard du rapport qualité / prix.

Le lit est confortable, le personnel agréable, la décoration travaillée. De nombreuses lignes de tram et train à proximité pour rallier De Pijp et le centre (mais du coup bruyant).

J'ai trouvé les prestations d'un niveau inférieur à ce que l'on pourrait attendre pour une nuitée à ce tarif-là : le bouton des toilettes était cassé, la température de la douche non constante, les bruits de la rue sont dérangeants et le petit déjeuner est bien mais franchement pas au niveau pour un prix de 20€.

Had a wonderful stay

The staff was helpful and friendly. They made us feel at home and arranged for extra space for us to disassemble and pack our tandem into its travel suitcases.

We truly enjoyed our first visit to Amsterdam and staying at The Manor was the 'cherry on top'!

Everything was as per The Manor's Booking.Com site! No misinformation as we experienced at another hotel on our road trip!

There was nothing that we didn't like!!

Comfortable and clean but a bit out of the way.

We were very happy with our early check in. The room was very nice and immaculate. We only ate breakfast once. There were many options. The staff were very attentive and courteous.

For us, the only down side was the location. It was further away from many sights that held our interest. We took an Uber to and from the hotel everyday.

Needs serious management to even become a 3 stars hotel

We had dinner once at the Beautiful Mess restaurant, it was great. The front desk staff was nice. Room size was ok.

Rooms were not cleaned two different days, even after the maid saw us leaving, and even after complaining to the front desk. The shower soap was almost empty all the time. The front desk team didn't look surprised with that, seems it happens a lot. We had problems with the toilet flush that wouldn't stop, and the WC lights kept flashing. Maintenance came and fixed, 2 days later same problems again.

Fair accommodations in Amsterdam

The room was spacious and clean. The staff at the bar was very helpful and friendly. We liked the neighbourhood and access to great restaurants. Although a bit far from central Amsterdam, public transit was close and it was easy to reach attractions.

The layout was odd, our room was half a floor down, and there was no access to an elevator. We asked for help with our luggage at checkout, were assured we would get help, and no one showed up.

Superb

It was amazing!! The hotel is located on a street with a convenient and orderly public transportation stop. Kind and welcoming staff. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking a beautiful green back garden. Very comfortable bed and pillows. a spacious room. Definitely recommend!

Relaxing stay in east Amsterdam

Excellent location away from the tourist hotspots. Lots of restaurants and cafes around and very near the tranquil Oosterpark. Pleasant garden views from the back of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and well decorated with enormous comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant attached to the hotel, A Beautiful Mess, was excellent - unusual and tasty small sharing dishes served in a relaxing environment. This was our third stay and we will definitely be back.
