Excellent place. We will be back.

Super clean and well stocked. Nicely furnished and decorated with a great layout. Very quiet, but close to the beach.

Lovely cozy place close to the beach and forest

It was a very nice place to relax for a few days Very close to the beach

The very late hour of check in; The fact that there was no salt/coffee/sugar/peper; we understand we rent an apartment, but these things do not spoil That we had to pay for towels and bikes.l You can see that people are very profit oriented, but still a 10/10 as these are nice to have, not must haves

A beautiful place to stay but come prepared as if you were camping!

The location was quiet, near to the beach and the woods. The apartment was spacious and well furnished. This was an excellent base to explore the island by bike. The nearby towns had supermarkets so we could get food easily and we found a pizza restuarant round the corner which we enjoyed. We found the stay very restful

The reason we cannot give this the top score is that the hospitality feels a little mean. In advance you are told that only ONE set of single sheets will be provided, even though we had 4 beds in our apartment. We also had to reserve two sets of towels in advance. It seems mean at this price point to have to pay for such basics, this was one of the more expensive options on Booking.com. The set up assumes you arrive by car, we travelled by ferry and bike, so bringing sheets and towels is not practical. We expected there to be the same basic welcome pack that is provided by most apartments/AirBnB on arrival before we went to the shops What we got was 2 cloths, a washing up sponge, a tiny bottle of washing up liquid, 3 dishwashing tablets, a box of matches and a bin bag. When we arrived we had to chase the missing towels, pre-ordered but not there, make our beds with the 2 sets of requested bed linen!! - and then.... after all that ....we realised there was no soap, no tea/coffee or milk and although there is a coffee filter machine there were no paper filters. You can order bread rolls, but not coffee/butter/jam so we had to go out immediately and cycle to De Koog to get supplies. Fortunately we arrived at 16.00 so this was a hassle but ok, although of course some items like filters come in packets of 100 and liquid soap in a large plastic bottle... It just all felt mean spirited. Providing basic supplies like milk and tea and some handtowels and soap for the bathrooms are just nice hospitality touches that make you feel welcomed as a guest and help you meet basic hygiene requirements!

If you’re looking for somewhere that’s relatively affords

The bath was awesome. The double bed was very comfortable. The SMART TV on the bedroom was great, but could’ve done with being in the living room. The living room was very nice, homely and welcoming. Kitchen well equip. Over all a great stay and would come back.

Comfortable stay

well equipped property. Located near National Park Dunes of Texel. Good number of parking spots for cars. fyi bring your Basic condiments for cooking, own toiletries. Sheets and Towels are not included in the price.

It’s a bit disappointed that there is not basic shampoo, soap, towels. Beds were not done.

The Host Marco was particularly helpful and responsive. He obviously works hard and seems a significant asset. I would return as it was a good experience.

Exceptional

Everything was really good. I should mark, tt hotel has very comfortable location, even if You don`t want to use Your car, by bike You can reach the forest(which is just in front of Your balcony), one of the best beach, and either De Koog, or den burg etc. Good equipment for cloth washing. If You have rest and business simultaneously pls note tt each room has excellent WIFI connection. We were surprised with the rooms: size, kitchen facilities, bath+shower cabin, two bedrooms in each(we have been in 4 diff rooms already, I know what I mean) and sure once we had room with sauna, it is a fab detail! And sure everybody from staff helped us in all questions. Enjoy Texel here

Originally the Rooms do not have towels, you should buy them separately, and when You have late check in it is not very comfortable, but You can arrange them in advance , the main thing don`t forget abt this or take Yours

Superb

The apartment was very clean and was perfectly set up for a family. It even came with board games, crafting and art supplies and movies for the kids. There was absolutely nothing we missed here.

Everything was just right.

nice location, pleasant room, lacks some facilities

big rooms, nice balcony, close to beach, nice area.

basic cooking facilities, oven difficult to work, no oven mitts provided for removing hot dishes from oven. no washing machine on site.

Lovely place but meanly finished

As there is no shop we would have liked somewhere on site to buy milk, bread, coffee, soap etc as absolutely nothing was provided. A cafe would also be a good idea. Toilet paper and soap should at least have been left adequate for 2 nights.

Did the job nicely, no complaints

Good amount of space and decent furnishings. Good location.

Bathrooms a little tired and consequently didn’t feel as clean as it could have. Having to supply own towels and strip beds etc made it feel lower end than the price would lead you to expect.

We enjoyed our stay in general. The place is really good for enjoying the dune park.

really nice location. good environment. convenient facilities.

the noise of the neighbors with children, but they were quiet after 23:00. the parking area is not spacious for driving in or out, though they have enough places. the tawls have to be request and paid. the cusions on the sofa are old.

Superb

The sauna is definitely the highlight of the trip. Me and my friends really enjoyed it. I saw other guests mentioned about the board above the bed, we did not have it in our room, so I guess it is room specific. Besides, the location of the property is great. It is a walk away from the beach, and the beautiful national park. I would definitely recommend the place to everyone.

Superb

Loved the bakery service. Order online the night before and you get fresh baked goods at your apartment door before 8am. Loved the homely space in the apartment.

May it is just me, but I did not sleep well on the beds.

Great stay

Great stay and we loved the sauna and how clean it was. Very comfortable and nice staff. The sauna was perfect! Easy checkin and out

No basic things like salt and pepper when we arrived.
