The location was perfect, right in front of the Iracema beach. Great breakfast with lots of options. Very friendly staff.

The reception desk staff were superb in every way. Quite the best I have encountered in a very long time
The room was very tired and outdated with old, worn furniture. Wash basin separate from the bathroom.

The room was big and the bed was comfy and large. The air conditioning was good and the shower was excellent in terms of both pressure and temperature.
The breakfast was good with some variation each day but it was sometimes quite slow to be replenished. The coffee wasn't great. The tapioca station is great and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The location is good, right acrosd the road from the beach.
The room cleaning consisted of making the bed and emptying the bin. The minibar wasn't refreshed during our stay and there weren't any signs to indicate prices of items. Water and coffee provided in the room were also not free and again the prices were not listed. This lead to a more confusing and frustrating check out process than necessary.
The rooms with balconies are on the first and second floors and with the noise from the street and proximity to the ground are not really desirable to use.
The windows in the room are thin and old meaning a lower floor room is very noisy from the traffic and the beach.
