Spacious room. Very clean. Nice bathroom. Amazing location in the heart of town. Nice staff. Incredible breakfast buffet. Air conditioning! A nice pool- everything was great!

The room was huge, had AC, and the bed was super comfy. Nice big pool and a lot of parking space.
The only thing I didn’t love was the price, for a student travelling it was a bit high so I was only able to stay for a few nights.

Location is central and convenient
I booked a room with balcony because I wanted to have a chance to sit down outside in the evening and have a glass of wine, but my balcony was ground floor, in front and over a complicated set of dirty pipes, with some sort of movable scaffolding right in front - not even a drug addict would have used that balcony.
The air conditioning was not working properly - it made a lot of noise and air was coming through, but the room remained hot!! I reported this but to no avail.
The toilet board was unhooked on one side, with the screw off, but nobody ever fixed it(I didn’t report it but the cleaners regularly left it hanging, so the problem was clearly known).
The first night the TV was not working, fixed the next day.
I was told on the phone before I booked that there was space to have breakfast outdoor (I wanted this for safety with covid) but this turned out not to be true, the only room for breakfast was indoor.
