Parking outside the hotel to unload luggage is great. After checking in they give you a map which has the 5 min route to their parking and it’s only a few minutes’ walk back. It’s next to Dia supermarket and they give you an access key which, when you leave, you drop into a box. It all sounds weird but is very safe. The hotel staff were friendly, the room was clean, the beds were large and comfortable and breakfast was good. Not much to do there but we did take the tourist train to the caves to pass the time.

The location of the hotel is convenient for the centre of town, the plaza and cathedral are in easy walking distance. The room was a good size.
This hotel has a four star rating. There are no facilities in the rooms apart from a TV. The mini bar was not stocked, there was no hot water. There was no information in the room. Jose was excellent, but while superficially nice this hotel provides little. Parking is extra.
