The pool was nice and well-maintained. Cleanliness was acceptable and generally fine.Location is convenient, close to the port and not far from the center. Suitable for a short stay (1–2 nights at most)
The hotel is extremely old and clearly not renovated. Rooms are very outdated and worn out. The bathroom felt like something out of a horror movie.
The shower cabin looked like it was from decades ago, very old and poorly maintained. Overall strange and outdated atmosphere. Despite booking via Booking.com with everything included, they asked for an additional tax at checkout. Instead of checking the reservation, they insisted on the extra payment.
Later, after I emailed them, the amount was refunded and the manager apologized and took responsibility, which was handled well in the end. However, this kind of practice is not good and creates confusion, likely due to having multiple payment methods.
