The room is spacious and very clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
The parking is expensive and is a separate cost. If you park along the road outside the hotel it is NOT straight forward and I got a parking fine as well as many other guests. This is a deterrent as I spent a lot of time dealing with the parking issue as well did many other guests who had also got a fine.

Location was perfect. The upgrade to ocean front room was well worth the additional money
The bar in the lounge/tv room never seemed to be open.

Close to the beach and had a good pool.
We didn’t like the fact you had to pay to use the safe. Never before have I had to pay. Air conditioning was useless. No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Had to leave a €20 deposit to get a pool towel and the only place to get it was the kids pool area. Too family oriented for us. Also the restaurant for dinner is only smorgasbord.
