Swimming opposite the hotel with views of the mountains was lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you Emil, Nicola and mum! Delicious breakfast and the whole hotel has had a super chic renovation. Love the bathroom design.
The night staff guy was a bit churlish when we asked for some ice and glasses. Wifi was a little weak. We would have liked some glasses for water in the room.

This hotel is beautifully renovated with cool design. Our room was a lake view apartment with a balcony. It was air conditioned and had a kitchenette. It had a garage with included parking. The pool was gorgeous. The lake is immediately across the road for swimming and relaxing. The staff were amazing. Particularly Nicola. Thank you for having us!
Nothing! Note: we had a car and could easily drive where we needed. It is just a little far out of town to walk (30 mins approx) but there is a shuttle bus.

Small and great design with good location by the lake. The staffs are really nice and helpful
I booked the standard room but requesting for the twin beds so the hotel offer us a free upgrade to a comfort studio. However when we arrive, the comfort studio was full so the hotel offer us 2 seperated rooms with no cost.
The problem was the handle of the bathroom door was broken. When I pull the handle to close the door, it fell apart and the door is closed by locking me in the bathroom. Without handle, I cannot open the door from inside. I stay in this room by myself and didn’t bring my phone with me. I tried everything to open the door for 3 hours with there’s less air inside the bathroom. The emergency string button in the bathroom was not working also, I felt like I might die in that room if someone couldn’t find me. Until I heard some guests walk by the hall way, I called for help so they got through the window to rescue me. I was locked in the bathroom for 3 hours.
My recommendation is the hotel should check the facilities before handling the room to the guests. It was so dangerous I think. I shared this experience because I don’t want anyone to get trapped like me. I understand that the hotel is newly renovated but the property should be checked and ready to service the customer with safety. I hope the hotel would do something to prevent the issue like this in the future.
