Needs a dedicated concierge to help with arrivals and departures (help deliver luggage to and from the rooms) and maybe a service (buggy) to help guests navigate the steep hills from palazzo rooms to main building

Some rooms were in a different building and some had broken ac

good location and staff were very helpful. Rooms were ok but basic. A classic italian look.
Bathrooms were terrible, shower tray was falling apart and hotel looks dated and tired.
