The history of the building , the location , the decor , the hotel staff were very attentive and professional. I have stayed in paradors before and this rates as one of the highest it terms of authenticity to its original building.
Bed was too hard for my liking, difficult to have a good night sleep. However my husband had no problem sleeping in the bed so I understand hotels cannot meet everyone’s comfort needs. Otherwise nothing else I did not like.

Utterly beautiful hotel in the most beautiful town I've ever visited. The hotel and bedrooms are lovely, we were lucky to have one with an incredible view of the square. Úbeda is full of stunning, huge ancient buildings.

Our room and courtyard were excellent
Breakfast was uninspiring. The hallway to our room smelled of mildew. The interior entrance sitting area was freezing
