Everything ,the staff,the villa is situated in a gorgeous location.Shuttle service fantastic - makes planning tours so much easier etc.
Room was very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The only thing I honestly didn't like was drinks not supplied in fridge ,for example, water ,soda .

Everything! Hotel Giovanna is like home, we felt welcomed, and very comfortable. Richardo and his son Lorenzo, Laura, Daniella and the rest of the team all have big hearts and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. The shuttle service is fantastic and made our stay really easy. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with delicious home made cakes by Daniella. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool on the sun loungers. Ricardo has lovingly created a beautiful garden full of flowers and plants in which there are several different areas to sit. We loved our stay! Thankyou so much! ❤️
