The reception staff were great and the accommodation itself is really wonderful. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The AC was wiring well. I would definitely recommend.
We only ate in the lounge area which is beautiful. The service was not the fastest but that’s ok. The waiters were studiously surly, almost doing it on purpose to avoid any cheerfulness. It did not impede on our enjoyment but it was a bit unsettling to be greeted with such lack of warmth

Location is where you stay; you stay at THE MAIN ATTRACTION, The Palacio Ducale and you will feel like a Duke. Room temp OK. Bed OK. Parking very good but you don't need it. Quiet. Room floor cleanness needs improvement. Room size is 'Palacio Size'. Staff is uneventful. WiFi comes on and off. Ck-in/out was easy. Shower was a beauty. Nice fridge.

Location was great.
We had a few drinks after arriving… trying to get a server to get us drink was a challenge but even more of a challenge was trying to get a bill for the drinks. We were a group so wanted to o play cash and keep the room bills separate. We asked 3 different servers and waited over 30 minutes before walking out. The rooms were ok but the bathrooms very dated and in need of renovation
