The location. Staff. The effort with happy birthday plate in room and personally written card
The rooms weren’t serviced properly. Items weren’t replaced. Orders took way too long. When items requested they needed to be requested 4-5 times before delivered. Room was only cleaned late afternoon. Water was cold and although we reported it , it never seemed to improve. Tennis courts need to be maintained as well as equipment replaced. There was shortage of staff at pool area.
