I attended a conference which was in the nearby conference centre.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and offered help when we needed it including the room service and bar staff.
We asked for our laundry to be completed which was meant to be returned on the same day. This didn’t happen which was disappointing. Luckily we allowed extra time before we decided to hand the laundry a day early before our scheduled departure.

The professionalism of the staff and cleanliness
The towels are kept too high for senior citizens and the shower floor gets a bit slippery. Maybe add a railing for older guests

I loved the wild or savoury rice, it had lentils, zucchini, other veggies and it was fried, the roasted potatoes, the mozambik peri peri sauce, the sausages and the fruit salads! It was different and delicious.
The resturant staff can work on being a little bit friendly, they seemed a little tired
