The amenities, the breakfast, friendly staff, accommodating is each and every way possible. I had an amazing stay, I’d definitely go back, was welcomed with a smile and a welcome drink, and also got the Wi-Fi password without even asking, was given a tour, they even carried my bags, and was so excited to see me, it felt like a home away from home. Reception is 24hour, and just 1 call away, staff are so friendly and willing to assist with anything, I’ve never been to a place where anyone is willing to assist with a smile 24/7. Complimentary daily breakfast, you can decide what you want to eat, even on their breakfast menu. Waiters are friendly. I loved how this accommodation feels like a concerned and caring partner, you get sweet messages that they leave, and even some treats here and there, there is even a Nespresso coffee maker in the room, with a selection of hot chocolate, coffee, and teas. Anything else you need staff are so willing to assist. The Indoor pool, sauna and steam room is included in the stay complimentary and you can go whenever you want at any hour, they even provide you with complimentary cake slices 3pm daily in the dining room and a happy hour every Friday where cocktails are buy 1 get one free. Anything you need or can think of is already there. When checking out, I even got a gift just before leaving. The rooms are fully equipped, modern and stunning, the beds are so comfortable, large enough to fit 5 people, I Would 1000% recommend to anyone and I’d most definitely go back. Thank you Majeka!

The free wifi didn’t work in my room, it only worked when I was in the reception area and at breakfast

Lovely hotel, great staff and very good spacious room and bedding! You need a transport to get anywhere but uber is always in hand and not expensive. Very quiet! Great service from staff and excellent breakfast

The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel was unfortunately under renovation so some facilities were not available which was disappointing. We had to move rooms as the one we were allocated wasn't checked thoroughly to ensure all was in order which it wasn't. We were at least upgraded to a much better room.
