This was my 5th time staying at the vineyard hotel .. and every time I love it more.. especially the staff very helpful and friendly

The dinner Fillet was excellent well prepared, I was meant to give feedback to the staff, but they look like they were too busy
The place was great but the service during dinner wasn't that promptly, I don't think the waiter wasn't great she seemed to have a lot of ground to cover and my bill took lot longer than I expected it wasn't issue for me but if I was in rush I would have been very unhappy

Our newly refurbished room was lonely and clean
It was rather mismatched - understandably they going through there spring clean and renovation but I still found the attention to detail missing. Switch off the water feature and fix rather than put pool towels o mop up the water .
