Our room was spacious and airy, with a well-equipped studio kitchen. The location was lovely, at the top of a hill with an absolutely stunning view across Soriano nel Cimino, and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops. Highly recommend this place for a couples getaway north of Rome.
The hotel charged €4 per towel for pool towels, which seemed a bit out of character for a property such as this. They also did not tell us about the lack of pool towels at check-in, so we went up to the pool expecting there to be pool towels and there were none there (and none in our room). That was the only (very minor!) blip in our stay.

This is my second stay at the resort and I enjoyed it just as much as the first. The staff were friendly and always willing to help (Matteo was great). We had a relaxing afternoon by the pool and enjoying the stunning view. The room was comfortable and the hotel has a welcoming atmosphere
The breakfast could have had a few more savory options. There were a lot of cakes but this is typical for italy. We still enjoyed it.

the location, the restaurant are good .
No late check out and breakfast. They ask me 10€ extra each hour i would stay after 10am!
Breakfast was poor: no salty breakfast only few things to eat.
Staff was not willing to make me feel comfortable.
When i arrive the room was not the one in the picture, i asked for it but i was told those are only indicative picture and that specific room was booked.
when they came to do the room they only did the bad and nothing else.
i felt not taken care properly.
the Spa was not included, it cost 12€
there is no parking but there is a service that take your luggage to a public parking not far. although it must be very busy in high season.
