The hotel staff were very good, polite and provided excellent service. The hotel was very clean, had good facilities and the room was excellent. Location was very good with numerous restaurants within minutes walk of the hotel.
Choice of food was very good but overall it disappointed given the price you pay. It just didn’t hit the mark you would expect of a quality hotel. In fairness this is probably a reflection of Monaco in that you pay a premium price for mediocre food.

We loved the breakfast.
We enjoyed the pool and the lacoste restaurant.
The rooms were a little tired for a £500 a night hotel.
The carpet had a big stain on it.
The balcony area was a little grubby.
The lifts were slow.
