Café da manhã bom, mas faltava queijo em plena MG. Fiquei esperando repor e não repuseram.
Atendimento na recepção é muito demorado por conta da falta de funcionários, geralmente só tinha uma pessoa na recepção. Chegar de viagem cansado e ficar esperando é tudo que o cliente não quer. Cama grande, porém desnivelado o colchão. Carregamento de carro elétrico ninguém da recepção sabe nada, falaram que era para apontar a camera para o carregador e seguir as recomendações, não te orientam em absolutamente nada.
