Amenities, coffee station
The hotel was not busy and the room we got it was on the 1st floor without balcony and parking view. Expected to get a bigger room at least with balcony, especially because it is not high season. The bathroom was not very clean. It was very noisy, outside of our room kids were running and screaming since 7am.

The shower facilities including the shower gel and all the other items that we could use, the fresh towels and sheets, the decoration and all the comforts & goodies included in the room, the coffee machine and complimentary coffee
There must have been mosquitos in the property as I got bitten a few times.
Also upon arrival, the staff were discussing between them which I did not think was professional.

It was close to Cyprus Comicon, which is what we went to Nicosia for. The beds were comfortable, so we got a great night's sleep.
This hotel is not 5 stars. The last Hilton we stayed in, in April, at London Heathrow was exceptional. This one is just passable. The hotel rooms are tired, and there were rips in the headboard and the leather chairs. There was a wedding taking place whilst we were there, so the restaurant was closed, and in the bar, the staff were distracted, stressed, and a little rude.
