The room had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was above average.
Dinner commencing at 9 pm is too late.
Dinner was disappointing, with far too much salt on all dishes. My lamb was full of nerves and undercooked; couldn't east half of it.

This is a modern Parador and, in keeping with these hotels in general, the atmosphere is of understated and unobtrusive luxury. Everything functioned perfectly and the staff bent over backwards to be obliging and helpful. The position is ideal for exploring Puebla de Sanabria and the lake 15 km away.

Nothing for the welcome in the room, even not a bottle of water.
No facilities to make a cup of coffee in the room.
