Location is excellent and next to Stockholmsmässan. And very close to Älvsjö train station which has easy connection to Stockholm city. The breakfast has plenty options but it is too crowded. Beds are decent and bedding is quite comfortable. They have added fan for warm days. Public parking with EasyPark app available outside the hotel for 150 SEK/day if you don't want to pay 350 SEK for garage parking.
The room could have been better, especially considering that we booked a family room. It felt somewhat cramped and could use better facilities.
The bathroom does not have a shower door or curtain, which causes water to splash all over the floor and makes the bathroom very wet and inconvenient to use, particularly when sharing a double room.
The towels provided were of low quality.
There was no handwash provided near the sink, which was inconvenient.

Being close to Train n bus station
Family room extra bed quality was very poor. It was just a make-shift arrangement.
For cleaning the room the gust has to request. It’s not automatic like other 4 star hotels

It was really close to the station and was so easy to get around. Breakfast was really good, great selection
No fridge in the rooms, even though stated. Also no air con, just a noisy fan in the ceiling with no controls that work. We were a large group over from England for a wedding and any time we tried to meet up in the hotel, there was head shaking from the staff. They wouldn't accommodate us at the restaurant, yet when there's a group of almost 20 police officers staying, they were happy to accommodate them. Suppose it's their loss as they could of made quite I bit of money from us but refused to serve us
