Was locked out for a whole night - owner entered without my permission.

I returned around 2:00 AM and discovered that the electronic lock on the apartment door was completely unresponsive. Despite repeated attempts, I was unable to activate the keypad or enter the apartment. The set of keys I received did not include a backup option like a physical key. I tried calling and texting the owner with no response. After spending over an hour outside and speaking to Booking.com support (who also couldn’t reach the host), I was advised I had the right to call a locksmith at the owner's expense. Out of consideration, I didn’t do that - instead I arranged a stay somewhere else. The owner only responded around 6:30 AM. By then, I had missed an important business meeting because my laptop and belongings were locked inside. I returned to the apartment at 8:00 AM, only to find the owner had entered without informing me and allegedly repaired the lock. During that entry he took photos of the apartment without my permission and sent me a message criticizing the condition of the space which was both unnecessary and inappropriate. The owner later attempted to blame the issue on the lock's battery flap being open. However, I personally tested this the following day and confirmed that the lock worked regardless of the flap's position, strongly suggesting the real cause was dead batteries due to poor maintenance. This entire situation - being locked out overnight and especially the invasion of privacy was unacceptable. I ultimately decided to leave the apartment early. I do not recommend this property. It is poorly maintained, and the owner's conduct was unprofessional and intrusive. I have submitted a formal complaint to Booking.com.

High quality apartment, almost perfect

Very clean, built to a very high standard, one of the best apartments I have stayed in Poland. Almost perfect, I wanted to give 10 out 10 but couldn't, if a few small things were better I would. Located in a nice gated community, with security. Fantastic quality appliances and I really loved the TV quality. The owner maintains the property to a very high standard. The owner was very helpful and getting the apartment ready for our early arrival. Thank you.

The biggest issue we found was no WiFi, other than that the other issues were minor and so easy to fix. There was only one set of plates and cutlery for each person, no dish washer tablets. Meant we had to keep washing items by hand after each use, we would rather just use the dishwasher once in the evening. We only had one pot and no frying pan, made cooking a little difficult. Pillows could do with replacement. If you bring these items or don't need them, this is a perfect apartment. Location was a little tricky to find in the dark, I have included a picture of the main entrance to help others identify the main entrance.
