Good location besides the river, friendly staff at the reception, welcoming gifts to the kids, have a kids’ playing room with nice setup, good variety of breakfast.
The sofa bed at the family room was not comfy. No USB charging port. Garage was located at the other side of the square (5 mins by walk but your luggage needs to be unload at the hotel first and then park the car to the garage.)

The hotel itself was great however there were a number of things which led to a disappointing stay.
There is building work taking place outside of the hotel which I appreciate is not the hotels fault however it lead to a noisy wake up before 7 am
There is building work within the hotel which combined with outside also disturbed out stay
There had been a fire in the kitchen on the afternoon of our arrival which meant there was no hot food being served in the restaurant
I appreciate this might have been a perfect storm of issues but it led to a very poor visit experience in what has the potential to be a great hotel
