Location good, near tram and touristic objectives
No 4 stars hotel, bathroom outdated, towels very old and grey ( they were supposed to be white initialy), windows didn't close properly

I just got back from this amazing Hotel yesterday. I stayed here for 2 weeks with my family.
The location was spot on it was local to all attractions, walking distance. The breakfast was really good. All the workers were very friendly and welcoming. I have been to Istanbul 4 times and I must say this was the best hotel I stayed in, i would definitely come back! I would also recommend it to family and friends. This is a 4 star hotel but deserves to be 5.

The price and the location in Istanbul was good
The cleaning woman in fifth floor was so helpful and nice
The staff in the reception was too rude to guests
The hotel was in an area that cars cannot get there so we have to wait until late night to bring our cars
The elevator was too small for a hotel
