The location was great. it is close to the train station and food options. The heat was intense and the hotel provided a fan to help with comfort overnight.
It was very noisy most of the night. Because of the heat, the window was open. The shutters were up, making it even gotten inside.

The hotel staff are all friendly and very helpful. It feels like I already know them when I ask for directions and tips, especially for time management. They are very courteous and quick to respond.
Nothing significant. It won't come close to the good features of the hotel.

The hotel was clean and good central location. I booked late, so it was one of a few options available for me. I arrived at central station, so was a short walk to the hotel, and easy to find. Pleasant staff and helpful.
Very expensive for the quality of the hotel. Coffee & Tea provided in room, along with a noisy fridge, but no kettle!
No plugs in sink or bath, and sink was partially blocked so drained really slowly. There was a cheap shower fitting connected to the taps, located at the side of the bath, and to use the shower head in the holder at the head of the bath, the shower fitting had to overstretch, meaning it was in the way of you having a shower.
Breakfast was passable - the coffee great! There was elevator music playing from a TV set in the corner which was really annoying.
