Amazing location could not be better.
Nice staff.
Very comfortable bed.
Spacious and beautiful room with the toilet apart from the bathroom which was very convenient.
Some little things that are not in line with the pricing policy of the hotel such as
- door handles of the toilet and bathrooms that are not well screwed and therefore loose
- window that can barely be opened
- no minibar
Not what you expect when you pay this price (237€ for a night).

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Brugge and would definitely recommend it.
The location is excellent – everything is within walking distance, including the Market Square, restaurants, and the main attractions. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and we had a good night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing.
One feature we really appreciated was the complimentary water fountain near the lobby. It allowed us to refill our bottles whenever we needed, which saved us from buying bottled water several times a day. It’s a small touch but very thoughtful and environmentally friendly.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay.
There were only a couple of minor drawbacks. The Google Cast feature on the TV didn’t work during our stay, and unfortunately it wasn’t fixed even after we reported it. Also, the breakfast toaster was quite slow and didn’t toast the bread properly. Replacing it would improve the breakfast experience.

Acoustics were not good, two guys above us had a big fight in the early hours so it was hard to sleep as so loud!
