De bed was lekker om slapen

De ontbijt was lekker.

De resepcionist was een gekleurde jonge man. voor het check-in en hij was helemaal niet vriendelijk. Ik vraag hem vriendelijk voor een kamer op hoog verdieping. En hij antwoord; nee kan niet want wij moeten een extra bed zetten. Zo moeten eerst verdieping nemen, naast de lift. Waar hoort wij iedereen en alles.

Good location, friendly service, close to the city center.

Nice location, with a short car trip to Brussels or Antwerp. City Center is in less than 10 minutes walk.

Only few parking slots available on site.

Can stay, but not impressive

Location ok, big room,

Very long check in, before me was just 3 peoples and its take 35 min to check in. Also, I asked the lady arround 2pm, could check in early, she strictly said -no. After when comes at 3,it's takes ages. Hotel is quite worn out and one of sheets was quite big hole.

Staff was lovely. The room matched my expectations. The breakfast was great

I didn't like continuously logging in to get wifi. I didn't like that the bathrooms were seperate.

Excellent place to stay in Leuven!

The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the blackout curtains did their job very well. Easy walk from the train station (5-7 minutes) but you can't hear the trains at all. Terrific breakfast. I know they have parking but I didn't have a car so I can't tell you about the parking experience. The town square is about a 10-15 minute walk, not bad at all. The staff were all very friendly.

I don't have any notes. Best hotel I've stayed at in a while.

Disappointing

Location for Leuven centre is good.... it's a short walk away from all major points of interest ( and Leuven itself is beautiful). Bed was comfortable and there's air conditioning, which is useful because the Stella Artois HQ/from factory across the road generates some pungent odours during the night....don't have the window open.

I usually steer clear of booking with large chain hotels as I find them sterile and lacking in customer service. This hotel did nothing to change my preconceptions. 3 reception staff encounters, 2 of which were bordering rude and a 3rd who came across as bored. Seriously lacking interpersonal skills. The icing on the cake upon leaving was them insisting we pay for a breakfast we had neither booked nor taken. We will not be returning to a Novatel. I could go on, but there's not enough space. Just a final point.....paper cups (1 each) in the room for making tea/coffee? Shampoo in the bathroom but no shower gel? , 1 tea bag between 2 people? ...really?

A bit more distant from the center than I expected - it is about 20 mins walk to the main square.

Nice hotel friendly staff. Apart from the diner which was not what we expected from a Novotel (burgers and pizza), we had a nice stay.
