Leuke uitstap naar Nieuwpoort

L emplacement est idéal.

La chambre qui était déjà assez cher on s attendait a avoir un certain confort et service. Fusible qui a sauté. Nous avons eu une inondation dans la douche l eau ne s evacuait pas on a eu de l eau jusque dans les chambres. Ils sont venu débouché (un personnel du restaurant!) et 15min après on reprend une douche et de nouveau inondation! Après avoir fait un scandale ils nous ont proposer de chambre de chambre mais nous avons refuser car nous avions réserver un grand appartement ils nous ont proposé une chambre très petite pour 5 mais avec vue sur mer :) certes les lits étaient fait dans les chambres mais la poussière c était une catastrophe. Très sale. Je suis vraiment déçu vu le prix de la nuit.

No rail on the top bunk so not suitable for children. Breakfast was very busy

Room was big and modern. Good location

Check in time is only at 16:00. Early check in request could not be processed. Would not recommend this hotel for long haul travellers, as you might have to wait several hours before you can have your room.

Very old building. Way too expensive for what it was. Finding your way in the hotel was quite a challenge being at age of 84.

Good but not the cleanest

Good location; secure parking; very good breakfast; friendly reception.

The apartment was not properly cleaned as we found unemptied rubbish and dirty appliances. In general, the apartment was somewhat shabby. The place needs a general refurbishing.

Perfect location and friendly staff.

It was the second year we staid there when visiting family in Nieuwpoort. The location is fantastic. Staff extremely friendly. Everything was just perfect. We will definitely stay there next year again.

A bit disappointed that the bar closed at 23:00 but that has probably to do with general rules not the hotel's fault.

Nice and relaxing

The location of the Hotel, well centralized. The easy access to the promenade and direct access to the beach. Morever, shopping possibilites are just a few steps away. Breakfast was good, the room was comfortable.

The bed was comfortable. It is unfortunate that I requested a double bed. The room had twin beds. View on the inside court and not terras or balcony. A bit noisy in the morning due to the deliveries.

Full frontal beach view was great. Small dog allowed and welcome in the special dining room. Friendly staff

Parking lot was very good, safe,... but quite more expensive than paying outside (but then again, the comfort is worth the extra price)

I was disappointed and had expected a better standard for the price I had paid.

The bedroom was spacious and modern in style, a corner room, on the 6th floor, with floor to ceiling windows on two sides and the most wonderful view of Nieuwpoort beach and the sea stretching for miles into the distance.

Generally the hotel felt a little run down, it was full of school parties so our room was in an annexe across the road. I had booked a ‘comfort’ room and what I got was a small apartment that would sleep 5, with a small kitchenette and very basic (in need of re-furbishment) bathroom. I questioned this at reception but was told it was because the hotel was full of children.

The view was beautiful. The size of the room was very good The breakfast was good

The pillow was very unconfortable. The mobilar was basic, very impersonal. No pictures on the wall, no mirror in the room.

Super stay with the grandchildren, but expected better rooms.

Location on the 5th floor. Very comfy beds. Weather amazing. Breakfast was good once we sorted out where to sit and how to get what we wanted.

Kitchen facilities. Really disappointing. No oven, no cupboard, cutlery, glasses really poor. Sofa and armchairs very uncomfortable

we were upgraded to an apartment in a separate building that was very well equipped. The breakfast buffet was very busy but the staff worked tirelessly to make sure nothing ran out and the food was delicious

I will definitely come back again.

The buffet breakfast was good, the scrambled and sunny side up eggs were fresh n delicious. The pancakes were made on the spot n delicious. Many choices of food to choose from. The chocoexpesso coffee was my favourite. Do not worried if you did not pack enough clothes or forget to pack other stuff, the shopping street is just downstairs. Clothes, shoes, toys, bakery, supermarkets, etc, you name it , they have it! If the weather is bad, you can shop till you drop. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I asked to upgrade to a bigger room, and was done immediately without hassle. They are fluent in Dutch, French and English. The hotel is very children and pet friendly. They have a corner for you to get postcards and stamps to send to your family, etc, so thoughtful. Many good restaurants around to choose.

Look for somewhere else - this place is a waste of a good location

Hotel is actually split over a number of buildings - small cramped corridors and unclear directions. Room looked like a backpackers hostel, bathroom fittings were lose and broken, grubby looking mismatched furniture. Breakfast was awful - not even a toaster ! Dry, hard cheese, terrible coffee, no clean tables

Simply not worth the price paid - more like a backpackers hostel than a hotel
