Schönes Hotel direkt am Yachthafen und Promenade

Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon auf Yachthafen und Meer Parkplatz gleich bei Hotel Großer, angenehm warmer Innenpool Große Zimmer - schöne Einrichtung Tolle Matratzen, sehr bequem 😊

Frühstück für ein 4* Hotel - sehr "bescheiden " - wenig Auswahl an Käse, KEIN Schinken, altes Brot (!) Am 1.Tag NICHTS nachgelegt Entsetzlicher Lärm von sehr angeheiterten Gästen bis 3Uhr Früh (!!!!) Restaurant leider nicht geöffnet (!) Fußweg ins Centrum ca 15 Minuten...

Tolles Hotel mit Hafenaussicht zum guten Preis

Die tolle Aussicht und Lage, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, nettes Personal, schöne große Zimmer. Hunde sind erlaubt.

Lift nur auf einer Seite vom Hotel, weite Wege für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung. Bar im Winter nicht geöffnet.

Good quality hotel needing a couple of minor upgrades.

Lovely big room with large comfortable bed. Great location looking out on the Marina. Good sized balcony. A real sun trap. Plenty of space and ample parking. Nice hotel indoor pool. Quality furnishings,

Hotel advertised a lift but it was out of order all time we were there. No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Corridor lighting was all on timing sensors but all set too short by 10--15 seconds so regularly in dark for few seconds at a time. Hot water dispenser/urn not heated so water cooled during breakfast. This made it impossible to properly brew tea which does of course need boiling/very hot water.

I have never experienced such unprofessional management. Just two points! 1. We got to the hotel around 2:00 pm. No greeting, just a request to leave the hotel and come back at 3:00 p.m. From there you can move into your room! no greeting, no question for the name, no friendliness! 2. According to the hotel, breakfast time is until 11:00! A call at 10h30 (during our breakfast), „please come to the reception immediately you should have checked out at 10:00 a.m“! My hint that I was having breakfast was either not understood or not accepted! „No, you have to come to the reception now“! A great holiday experience in this hotel! Low fall for a once amazing hotel

The staff did everything in their power to fix what was happening but sadly i presume they dah bad orders from the management.

We were there the weeknd before closing and renovations of the hotel. The hotel was ful but everything was a mess. The room smelled, we alerted the staff they tryed to fix it but not a real improovement. You could not get beer or certain beverages as everything was running out. They ran out of towels for the spa guests. When we came to the spa everything was dirty. People were entering the spa in sneakers and swimwear. Nobody was looking over the spa.. We were shooked as this is our third time in this hotel. But sadly, never again.

Room had a lot of space. Space was quiet. Location was nearby town. Parking was easy.

Many guests did not observe the quiet rule of the sauna and were not reminded to be quiet. There were too many guests in relation to the wellness area. Many guests reserved lounges they were not using.

I choose this hotel because it is pet friendly. Room with sea view was perfect. Also spa area with big swimming pool and sauna is amazing specially for rainy season.

we booked the suite… amazing view over the marina staff was very helpful and friendly

facility very old, central air conditioning wasn’t work very well. we was not able use one of our two bed rooms as it was simply to hot! breakfast very average for the high price

Disappointing revenue driven tourist trap hotel

Upon arriving my partner and I were told that we had to pay extra because the room was only reserved with my name in the reservation. I told them that on booking.com the reservation was for a double room only and that there was no field asking for additional guest. Regardless, when you book a double room with a king bed, one is to safely assume that it is for 2 people!! And especially when the hotel is a touristy destination! Additionally, the room - sea view which we had to pay extra for…had a bar downstairs playing euro-pop bad music going way past midnight so we couldn’t leave the balcony door open and take advantage of the room we paid a premium on. A lot of the room amenities were old or in a state of disrepair. The shower head didn’t function right and kept falling from the wall stand, spraying the whole bathroom. The bathtub stop drain couldn’t be open so we were invariably treated to a bath even taking a quick shower. The bed’s mattress was old and uncomfortable. The breakfast was forgettable offering mostly prepackaged lower tier grocery barely out of the box. One of the 2 coffee machines was broken so you had to stand in line for 5-10’ before getting sad coffee. If you wanted a real espresso, they would charge you extra… All in all, we had an unpleasant experience and definitely do not recommend this hotel.

The view from our room was nice and the hotel is close to the tourist run city.

Uk to Croatia

-Easy to access -Check in was a bit difficult because my child was added as an adult and I had to pay extra -Walk is ten minutes to other restaurants -Deco is good -Size of the room is big

-Air conditioner is inadequate for the weather -Area is used by people who stay yachts and private boats -Breakfast has limited choices for a 4***.
