Lovely quiet location next to the sea. Nice restaurant and well stocked shop . Pool was very nice with beautiful view of sea

Appartamenti spaziosi e assolutamente puliti. Qualità in linea con il prezzo pagato, assolutamente competitivo. Cassetta di sicurezza in camera e frigo molto capiente.
Belle spiagge in zona, con mare pulito e colori eccezionali. Colazione a pagamento un po’ cara, ma servita in una bellissima terrazza vista mare e con un buffet molto fornito.
Personale gentile al check in e al check out.
Piscina bellissima e sempre pulita e ordinata.
Qualche piccolezza è sicuramente da migliorare, le scrivo solo per giustificare le due stelle mancanti.
La cucina mancava di qualche utensile, qualcuno ci è stato fornito su richiesta ma altri non erano disponibili.
Non ci sono state spiegate le modalità per il cambio asciugamani e lenzuola compresi nel prezzo, e dopo 15 giorni non ci era ancora ben chiaro. In un qualche modo comunque abbiamo fatto.
Il motore dell’aria condizionata in balcone era un po’ un disagio, perché tenendo l’aria accesa in casa il balcone diventava invivibile, quindi era tutto un accendi e spegni.
Il boiler dell’acqua calda per 4 persone era troppo piccolo, per fortuna ha fatto molto caldo quindi anche una doccia fresca era piacevole. Acqua calda per 4 docce non ci sarebbe altrimenti stata, almeno l’ultimo avrebbe dovuto attendere.
Infine il letto matrimoniale sono in realtà due singoli avvicinati con materassi separati, quindi di fatto spesso si formava il buco fra i due letti.

Die Lage ist super, sehr schöne und weitläufige Anlage mit lauter kleinen Apartmenthäusern unter schattigen Bäumen, von jeder Wohnung sind es nur ein paar Schritte zum glasklaren, blauen Meer. Von unserer Terrasse aus konnten wir, obwohl kein Meerblick gebucht, das Meer zwischen den Bäumen durch sehen. Trotz voller Belegung in der Hauptsaison war es erstaunlich ruhig, viele Familien, von den zwei Partylocations in unmittelbarer Nähe hat man (zumindest in unserer Wohnung) kaum was mitbekommen. Zum Baden hat man die Wahl zwischen zwei bewachten Stränden mit Bespassung und dem Pool, wo es etwas voller war, oder an der Felsenküste, wo man sich fast wie allein in einer einsamen Bucht fühlen konnte. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch das Bambo Bistro, mit dem super herzlichen Wirt und sehr leckerem und preiswerten Essen, mit viel Liebe gekocht. Im Minimarkt in der Anlage findet man fast alles, natürlich etwas teurer als im normalen Supermarkt. Die Innenstadt von Pula ist mit 2 Buslinien super erreichbar, so dass man das Auto eigentlich nicht braucht.
Das Personal war sehr nett und hat bei Problemen sehr schnell Abhilfe geschaffen.
Die ganze Anlage ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, 2 Gebäude (Restaurants mit ehemals toller Architektur und direkt am Wasser) waren wegen Baufälligkeit geschlossen. Die Möbel in unserem Appartement waren so marode, dass uns gleich die Schranktür entgegenkam. Dieser Schrank war auch offensichtlich schon lange nicht mehr geputzt worden, wahrscheinlich hatte das Personal Angst davor ihn anzufassen. Auch andere Möbel hatten Schrammen, hängende Türen, die Arbeitsplatte der Küche war nicht horizontal. Ausserdem war die Wohnung so mit Möbeln vollgestellt und unpraktisch möbliert, dass man sich kaum bewegen konnte. Bei dem Preis hatten wir keinen Luxus erwartet aber ein Minimum an Funktionalität.

The 'beach' is rocks with limited access in and out of the sea. Pool was loud. Magnificent sunsets. Staff were very helpful and friendly
Parts of the property were undergoing renovation so it resembled a contruction site with some dangerous places and sharp objects. No WIFI: No fire extinguisher at the apartment fire point.
