The staff were very friendly and helpful. They saw that we had big bags and put us on the first floor, helping with the bags. The room was a great size and, even without air conditioning, it was comfortable enough. The pillows, whilst small by Australian standards, were comfortable and the mattress was supporting.
It was hard to find and much further away from Brussels-Midi than I anticipated. There was building work going on, which created noise and mess outside (the hotel couldn't help that).
