The 24-hour reception desk was very convenient. The location is nice, close to both Brussels North train station and the Flixbus stop, with a supermarket nearby too.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable on my laptop and didn't work at all on my phone. Also, doors slammed loudly – I woke up every time my neighbour went in or out during the night.

I like the friendly hospitality of my host. I missed a desk in my room but I informed the reception to please provide one as I am sure to return to the hotel. The personnell were helpful with delivering my luggage to the ground floor. I appreciated that very much.
I could not find a lift but that is not a big problem.
