Great location (we had a moped and took 5 mins to old town), loved that they had a pool and good kitchen facilities. Bedroom was comfortable and lots of places to relax in the sun too.

Dragon was a brilliant host. He was often around and always checking in to see how your day was. He made me feel very welcome in his home and was very accommodating by offering advise on things to do in the area and occasionally joining for coffee and chats. The freshly baked treats were an excellent addition too 😋 I highly recommend staying with Dragon if you are in the area.
The hostel is a little out of the town centre but by taxi boat you can get to town in around 10 mins and this only cost €3.

We were in room 6. It was very nice with a clean bathroom. It looked new and was a very comfortable stay. The wifi was very good. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals. The walk into town was only about 25 mins, a nice little stroll, and a supermarket was just around the corner. Easy self check in.
The kitchen is very small, only 1 person can really do anything at a time, but we managed fine. The kitchen looks like it needs a refurbish, otherwise it had everything you need.
We never met any staff so can't comment on that.
