The place is quite and has a good location not for from the main roads.

Easy to find and parking no problem. No breakfast, no personnel. Good lighting for office work. Basically, you check in and sleep.
Spent some time killing ants. In the living area but mostly in the bath. Didn't have that problem the last time I stayed there.

Easy to find, close to ferry and center of town. Located in industrial area so "view" is limited. Friendly host very easy parking . Basically good value for the money and practical.

Free parking
When this was Sleep2night you could overlook things like cheap fittings, thin walls and tiny towels. Now they have got rid of the friendly staff and breakfast included it is a rather bleak place in an industrial area on the outskirts of town and far away form the charming part of old Helsingør. There are a couple of hotels in the old town which are better at a comparable price, when you factor in you need to get a taxi/bus in and out of town.
